Magnificent Certina Argonaut 220 classic 60s vintage waterproof watch, is a great representation of legendary Argonaut series. Fabulous collectible watch in excellent condition.
Watch case is all stainless steel and waterproof (tested) professionally restored to excellent condition, but some insignificant almost unseen signs of previous use is left, winding crown has small loose of coating in the center of Certina logo, case has improved design with more sharp edges. Dial and hands in excellent condition with new luminous coating that shines well. Movement is high quality Certina Cal.25-661 17 jewels, fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, adjusted to 3 positions) and keeps very good time, average daily deviation is less than +/- 2-8 sec/day.
This is a mechanical watch and it has to be wind by hand once a day (preferably at morning) to make it run, no batteries required!
